Before making a payment, confirm in writing the terms applicable to the appointment or treatment, including deposits, included services, materials or laboratory work and cancellation terms. Cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed according to the contracted service documentation and applicable law. This page does not establish an automatic refund or exclude any rights the patient may have.

Specific clinical results or uniform treatment longevity are not guaranteed. Any particular warranty, exclusions, required checkups and maintenance must be documented in writing in the treatment paperwork. If discomfort or a clinical issue occurs, request an assessment by the treating dentist; a refund process does not replace necessary dental care.
